RETURNS

* ALL RETURNS MUST BE REPORTED, APPROVED, AND RETURNED WITHIN 3 DAYS OF THE RECEIPT OF SHIPMENT. PLEASE FAX A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL INVOICE WITH REASON FOR RETURN, THE DATE THE RETURN WAS REPORTED/APPROVED, AND THE NAME OF THE EMPLOYEE WHO APPROVED THE RETURN.

 * ANY RETURN WITHOUT THIS INFORMATION WILL BE REFUSED.

* ONLY DEFECTIVE AND/OR INCORRECTLY SHIPPED PRODUCT WILL BE ACCEPTED AS A RETURN FOR CREDIT OR REPLACEMENT.

* ANY MERCHANDISE RETURNED AS DEFECTIVE MUST INCLUDE A COMPLETE LIST OF MISSING OR DAMAGED PARTS.

* CLAIMS FOR GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT MUST BE REPORTED TO NEW ERA DISTRIBUTION. KEEP ORIGINAL PACKAGING FOR UPS INSPECTION.

* ANY MERCHANDISE RETURNED AS DEFECTIVE BUT NOT FOUND DEFECTIVE BY OUR STAFF WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU AND CHARGED TO YOUR ACCOUNT.

* A 15% SERVICE CHARGE WILL BE APPLIED IF A C.O.D. TAG IS REFUSED AND NEW ERA DISTRIBUTION IS NOT AT FAULT.

* IF THE RETURN WAS NOT DUE TO AN ERROR OF NEW ERA DISTRIBUTION, YOU HAVE FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL SHIPPING COSTS PLUS AN ADDITIONAL RE-STOCKING FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND.
